They're for use with Campagnolo's first two
derailleurs; Cambio Corsa and Paris-Roubaix.
Look in the CR archive, there have been numerous
discussions of these devices. As the owner of a bike
with one I can tell you that they are intriguing in
their simplicity and one challenging MF to shift on
the road!
