I'd conclude that the cutouts appeared on some, but not all, 1974 and 1975 Pros and that the catalogs, as usual, were not completely accurate. Does anyone know the significance, if any, of "CC"?

My March 1, 1975 catalog (with retail price list attached) shows CC cutouts on the Team Pro ($900), Pro Track ($449) and Pro MK IV ($649). Pro is shown ONLY in Blue Mink/Silver. Catalog from 74 (but not dated) shows no CC cutout on Pro MK. IV, just on Track bike. Catalog shows photo of Pro in Brown/Mink but lists ONLY Blue Mink/Silver as the available color.
