Mine have the straddle cables, Weinmann pads and centerbolts but otherwise appear to be identical. Do these look like yours as well? In a private message someone suggested that they might be MAFAC "S" brakes.

I'm a little bit concerned about using these for a 650B conversion of my Heron since the straddle cables are hard to find but otherwise they seem like a good choice since it's easier to get the proper toe in with modern concave/convex washer stacks.
