Two questions, actually: is there a specific tool for making the adjustment on the cone? There's two slits (notches) that a c-clamp pliers fits into and works, but it looks as if there might be a specific tool to make the adjustment or to loosen it.
I counted total of 21 bearings out of each pedal. Is that right, and if so, which side of the spindle would take eleven?
