First I must admit this comes after a few Gin and Tonic primers. I would think that mathamatically you could measure ugly by a simple vote as a percentage. If a group of 10 people look at something and 4 of them say it is ugly then you have a metric of 40% ugly. On the other hand if 8 say it is ugly then you can bet it is so. Of course this measurement is subject to some flaws and bias. Can you drink a bike pretty?
