Hey, guys, here's a great dilemma for the Supreme Commander of the list. What if someone today were to produce a frame like my bi-laminate 1952 Claud Butler, fillet-brazed (or say TIGed), but with fake lugs brazed over the TIGed joints? Would the fake lugs be good enough to qualify it for the KOF loophole, or do the lugs actually have to be functional? Maybe one of the builders on the list should whip up such a beast.
