Schwinn used the "Olde English Script" or "Disneyland" style down tube lettering only in 60, 61, and 62. After that the lettering was simplified to the smaller block lettering. Because of the oiler port on the bottom bracket, I'd guess this is a very eary 60. However it's interesting to note the Campagnolo "Gruppo Record" decal at the bottom of the seat tube on a bike that's equiped with the marvellous all steel Schwinn gruppo.
