Subject: [CR]Re: Campagnolo seatposts.....

Hi all, I have 2 Campagnolo SR 1 bolt seatposts, second hand not boxed. What I would like is some date ID. The 1st one has the taper at the neck machined, and stamped on the front BREV.INTER. and below that CAMPAGNOLO, around the rear 27.2. The flutes start a couple of mills below the machined taper and extend down about 2/5 of the length. The other has a tapered neck, but its not machined, it has a little step from the step to the major diameter of the post, the markings are the same but also on the major diameter. the flutes are not as deep, start lower down and are about 2/3 the length of the other one. Both posta are the same length and also both have limit markings in the same position, TIA wayne davidson Invers NZ..............PS the second one is 26.2mm
