I can already guess it is an S10S. Run of the mill tubing but a revelation of Japanese quality in its day. Sunshine hubs, Sugino Maxy cranks, Fujita saddle, Ukai rims round out the components.

"Rated #1 by Consumer Reports" in about 1973 versus other bikes that had the dangerous propensity to throw one over the handlebars due to better brakes!
