Well, I have to think that at one time or another, we have all paid too much for something and we have sometimes even have the dreaded buyers remorse because of it. The Bay is a funny thing as David says. Prices go up and down depending sometimes on market demand. And, prices always go up due to an individuals demand!

I recently purchased a 17" LCD monitor from Dell. I had planned to buy one off Squeebay, but they were being sold at a higher price than what Dell was offering with a coupon discount!

In this case, through some research I got a good deal. But, sometimes we just don't have the time to comparative shop. This is were it would have been extremely helpful to Chris if a WTB post was made to the list by him.

Isn't that is what we are supposed to be doing here? Helping a fellow bike nut out? Instead of questioning the purchase so much that he had to out himself just to play defense?

Dale, what is the policy on WTB postings? Tag the Subject line with a WTB: <item>??? Now this will probably not help those of us who sometimes binge purchase... And Squeebay can be the worst place to shop for those of us who are weak;-)
