Wasn't there some discussion about this a while back, or am I mistaking it, in my dotage, for an offlist conversation? I seem to recall that Alberto felt he had reason to dispute the 'exclusive use' of the Masi name in the USA because the Masis being sold here were no longer being made in the USA, thus no longer entitled to use the name... therefore the USA rights revert to him.
