I suppose the sleeve threw me off, I wwas thinking it was a newer version. The bars on the CR page are older I take it? http://www.classicrendezvous.com/British/GB/GB.htm

My TTT Record stem with the TTT Competizione bar still look good on my Raleigh Pro.
