That's Mark Reilly (he used to be Mark Joynt but has changed his name, was an adopted child...) In any case, I sell his Ti bikes (Off topic) but he has totally dropped making anything else.. Steel or aluminum etc.... He told me he worked for Ron Cooper in earlier days.
