Subject: [CR]Cambio corsa frames for sale.

I have posted a Giuffredi cambio corsa frame for sale on ebay. The item description also includes some background information on the builder: Giuffredi.

http://ebay.com/<blah>

It is a 56 cm C/C frame, with a 57 cm C/C top tube. If you use the C/T measurement, the frame is a 58.5 cm because of the raised seat collar.

The frame has already been rechromed and repainted (I had originally planned to build it up for myself). I have most of the components already to build it up, including a rear Giuffredi-branded FB-made cambio corsa hub with serrated axle. The Giuffredi has a reserve of $200 that does not even cover the cost of the chroming and paint.

Beyond this, I have a few other cambio corsa and/or Paris-Roubaix frames in the 56-59 cm C/C size range that are awaiting full restoration. I have a few here at my place in New Jersey, with others at Ed Litton's place out in the San Francisco area.

The price of the other frames would start at $200 each, but would need to be discussed individually, preferably after having seen them in person. Most of the frames are from small-time builders, but there is a beautifully-built Benotto (at Ed's) and an Atala (in NJ) too.

The US$ cost of these bikes has been going up quite quickly in Italy as the Euro/$ exchange rate goes up and the Italian demand increases. The last cambio corsa bike that I sold actually returned to Europe, going to an Italian living in Germany!
