Hey, Jack, I'm prowling Sacto C'List -- how the heck did I miss that Herse?

Seriously, I think outing Craigslist bikes is less onerous than outing eBay items, with a strong exception for "OBO" price listings. I'm loath to add bidders to an item I assume our fellow list members are watching or perhaps already bidding on, but that's not how Craigslist works. There, it's usually first-come first-served.

For items like the Pog and Masi I've sent as outings to CR, it was an already big-ticket item that is going to face a durned limited market -- many if not most of whom are on this list. For such bikes as this, I'll post an outing, sure.

Mind you, the two outings I have in mind resulted in strange, churning debates ("Is the Pog damaged?" and "Wasn't that one of John's NOS Masis?") that I found strangely enjoyable. Lacking the knowledge/experience that so many of our fellow listers have, such "butterfly effects" may be the only real contribution I'm capable of making here!

Now back to prowling myself, for the likes of the lightly used Time pedals some wonderful guy in Woodland gave away today. We need more Craigslisters like that....
