Someone asked "Why the short 57.5cm top tube on this Gios?"
I had a similar 62cm size Gios with coins, exactly as shown. It was a nervous handler; too quick for long rides. But I could bisect a dime on the pavement with it, and it loved to track stand. It was almost a stunt bike in this regard; all I wanted to do with it was aim for targets in corners & find excuses to come to a full stop. Not the best heart-rate training bike, but fun in the neighborhood!
I think it wasn't by design; many large frames have odd handling. I'll bet most frame builders ride a 52cm.
