Interesting De Rosa "Classic 1953":

A replica of a '53 De Rosa in paint only (notice brazed on front derailleur mount and vertical dropouts for example). These replicas (this one, plus the ones made in '94, '95 and '96) are perfect for you guys that want to ride current components on an older _looking_ lugged steel frame as that's exactly what these are made for. These are an even closer parallel to the interest in retro cars like the Mini and the Bug.

It wouldn't even be possible to mount 1953 parts on the De Rosa Classic 1953, given the spacing, clearances and brazeons.
