Yes, Simplex Retro-Friction (same as Mavic). I've used these on quite a few of my bikes since they became available in the mid-1970s. Your's are the second generation version from the early 1980s.

Even when these were new and current it was very hard to get spare parts. The clutch, which looks like a spring but is actually a clutch, broke on two of my bikes (it breaks at the sharp bend in the wire).

You'll have better luck if you keep looking for a complete set and use these for their parts.
