Yes, I agree. Frame details seem inconsistent with my limited experience with 1972 Supers. I own a 1972 and have sold a 1972 frame that was too large for me, and in both cases, it did have clover cut outs on the headtube and downtube lugs, as well as the two dots on each side of the outside fork crown. So...I'd venture to say this is a 1973 or 74. Just my very humble opinion. Charles Andrews - what you say?
