To celebrate the first World Cup races at the new velodrome at Carson, this is an open invitation to any list members in the Southern California area to join Chuck Schmidt, Peter & Jan Johnson, and myself for dinner this Friday December 10, 2004. The plan is to meet at 5:00pm for dinner and head over to the velodrome around 6:45pm. My understanding is that as of today there are plenty of general admission tickets left to all five sessions.

I may have 1 (possibly 2) extra VIP ticket available to the Friday & Saturday evening sessions. I know I have 2 extra tickets for Sunday. If you want them, please email me off list. The tickets are $30 for each session and are located, IMHO, at the very best row and section at this velodrome: Row E, Section 113. Section 113 sits directly at the finish line.
