Wayne...you've got the other rim...what tire fits? My 1937 CCM Road Racer came with the ultra rare 28 X 1 1/4 inch Dunlop rims with the 647 mm bead. Is it possible that this is the rim you need? Mine were so rusted out they were collapsing. If so, I would think about abandoning this hunt and going to the 27 X 1 1/4 inch Dunlop stainless lightweights. At least you can get rubber for it and they were specified on CCM's of that period as well.. In the last 8 years, I've only seen one of the other 647 tires come up for auction on e-bay.
