yes, It's an Aussie Speedwell from just after the War (#2) to perhaps mid 50's going by the head tube Logo and ends.

I like to think of them as the original Speedwell ;)

oh ... about the Oval cX Colnago's .... there were a whole lot more than 250 produced. In saying that one shop in Sydney has to track frame's with funny bike 650c front forks. They are real nice but both are 52-3cm's seat tube and the top tube slopes down towards the headtube ...... I refuse to risk my back for something without a pulse.
