Richard Cielec asks:

"Anyone have specs for the 1972 Raleigh Competition? (Mine can't see very well. ba-da-boom) Bulgier.net has 74."

I've got a 22.5" Black Raleigh Competition in original form (minus the seat and toeclips) that has a serial number of G5831. Going by the info here <http://retroraleighs.com/dating.html>, it is a most likely a 1972 model.

It is equiped with: TA three pin crank and steel pedals (not sure of make) Huret Jubilee derailleurs (on Huret dropout) Weinmann 610 Vainqueur 999 centerpulls with black carlton lever hoods Normandy Deluxe Competition high flange hubs and AVA tubular rims Bluemel-AFA pump GB stem Sloping crown fork with chrome on bottom 2/3

It is currently dismantled, undergoing a thorough cleaning.

I would love to swap the frame for the same in a 24.5", or better yet, 25.5" one so that I could ride it.
