I believe that depending solely on American market catalogs will not give you a complete outlook of the full range of Raleigh products that were offered. In the late 70's and early 80's when I worked in a number of Canadian shops, we had numerous models that were never sold in the US. The opposite is also true. Many bikes have however since crossed borders, so to come across a bike that does not appear in the catalogs does not necessarily mean much. It could very easily have been produced for another market.
