My 56cm 74 has a 10cm AVA. I wouldn't be surprised if the owner swapped stems for fit reasons. Is your Pivo exceptionally short or long for the frame's size? Otherwise, it could have been a bike boom parts shortage, which perhaps is why your bike and Jerry's have Super Champions instead of Mavics.
