Subject: [CR]Campag NR brake adjustment question

Experiencing bumping/humping sensation - in levers and whole bike with both wheels when slowing using new NR brakeset and new Fiamme red label rims. No howling or weird noises. Theres a bit of a hump at rim seam but rest of rim is nice and straight. Think what Im feeling is not just rim seam.

Can see that one pad, (do to caliper arm) on each front and rear brake strikes rim in wrong orientation (e.g. right rear pad tip strikes to rear of front rim first). . Know with cantis and centerpulls toe is everything. Same true with these?

Whats best way to modify a backwards toeing arm/pad on an otherwise pristine perfect Nuovo Record caliper? Any worries about breaking things as was discussed w Universals couple weeks ago. And how can this be done without gouging/defacing brake arm?
