The Riviera seems to be making very little progress salewise, but I noticed,coming up not long afterwards with just over a day to go a 1973 GIOS Course Special, size 60cms, with a very low price.
The frame resembles closely the Riviera in its lugwork and rear drop-outs - possibly earlier than 1973. It's the only GIOS I have evr seen, apart from more recent ones, that is not painted in that exquisite blue enamel. This one is yellow and appears to be in good nick. Wish it was smaller, as my "stable" lacks a GIOS, particularly an old one.
The frame is Item No 3656943778 in Sports/Cycling/Racing bikes and frames.
