Nice looking Raleigh Team Pro frameset on eBay. This is an Ilkeston made one denoted by the SB (Special Build) serial number. My experience has been that SB framesets are definitely made with the quality, care and consistency sometimes lacking in the regular production frames (as recently discussed/debated). Based on an inquiry I made, the seller informs me:
SB4571 (serial #) 61 (size from c-t, or 59cm c-c) Cinelli (maker of the bottombracket shell).
She's to big for me so I won't be bidding. No relation to seller, etc.
