If no one has seen it, a very nice Shimano book was published by Shimano Industrial Co., Ltd. in 1975, called "History Of Shimano". About 95 pages, hard cover, quality coated stock, and comes in a white sleeve that's gold foil stamped with the title. I'm sure it's not too common, but worth looking for if you like Shimano's stuff. I found a copy that a local bike shop owner had hidden in his desk drawer for 25+ years... :-) I think Shimano gave them out to their US distributors who moved lots of the Dura-Ace stuff in the '70s
