I own, and have seen other assorted Pros, Comps, and RRAs with the A#### serial. Can't remember if I've seen an Int numbered that way, but I haven't seen everything, and I certainly haven't remembered everything either. But seem to be model year 1973, going by parts, model (especially in the case of the RRA), decal style (which changed dramatically from 72 to 73), etc. There are also far more "G"s and "H"s thrown in there on the same models, also including the RRA. I have never found an explanation for it, but I've seen enough of them that I don't argue with it anymore. That's just the way it is. The "A"s are not 66s, at least not on the vast majority of the Raleighs in the US.

We've all been at this long enough now to know better than to expect Raleigh to make sense.
