I don't really mean third world; just don't know how to describe the non-major players. This list offers depth of discussion on the major players - UK, France, Italy, U.S.A.... Can anyone offer information on nations, regions we don't immediately associate with lightweight and classic bikes? I was surprised to learn of Crescents. China, for instance - utility bikes, yes, any "classics"? "China-fied" French makes? South America? Baltic states? Heck, what about Canada? Any Brit or French builders emigrate to Canada?
