Subject: [CR]Pogliaghi help needed

Hello all, After perusing the archives and not finding the answer I need, I am asking all you knowledgable Pogliaghi owners if Pog frames were ever made without lugs? I was given a bike that has Pogliaghi decals on the down tube, but the fork crown has a panto'd "S" (supposedly Serrota) on the fork crown, and was told that it was purchased that way, with the fork already in the frame. All joints brass filleted, smoothed and finished very nicely. Top tube brake cable housing braze ons; vertical dropouts, no eyelets; and all S.R. components. Cinelli stem heavily engraved and panto'd with "Super Record" on either side. Leather bar wrap. All chrome parts rusted and aluminum parts covered with a white powder that looks to be oxidation. Has not been taken very well care of. Any one care to offer an opinion?
Thanks very much.
