   send it anyway thats reasonable to you, but just be sure to write either "gift" or "used bike parts, no commercial value" on the shipping papers, otherwise your customer will be eating another $50 to $80 in tariffs, which of course is usually an unfortuante suprise. cheers- Dave Anderson Cut Bank MT
