Actually, I am also looking for one as well. At Le Cirque, I saw a bike with one, a Jack Taylor, I believe and thought, how nice!
I have a mid-50's Brietling Navagational Watch/Stop Watch with black face and white numbers that would have an excellent role to fill on my handlebars and would look pretty darn cool as well.
I believe that Terry made these so if you can help Bob and me out....
