I have some Cinelli "Campus" bars with a randonneur bend (upswept top and flared ends). - Are these a bona fide drop-bar or, a "sit-up-and-beg-bar" turned upside down? Used to do that with the JC Higgins three speeds - upside down handle bars for that racing look. Oye ! Regards, Richard Cielec Chicago, Illinois

I have some Cinelli "Campus" bars with a randonneur bend (upswept top and flared ends).

The EXA bars are more interesting. If front and rear cable grooves annoy you, how about grooves all around the circumference?

I don't know timeline for these.
