I useta switch the parts like subing the flat qr cam lever for the domed one, the later lower tensioned springs, strip the plastic coating off the wheel guides and even cut off the guides completely on the aluminum shoe holders. Oh yeah, and sub the OMAS aluminum and ti fasteners everywhere I could. That will really confuse the parts scholars (lug lickersĀ®) in the future. ;)

By the way, the aluminum caliper pivots that OMAS made were a really BAD idea; the other ti version they made was much better!!!
