Looks like my late 60's Zeus Olympic, except for the DT decal. I think this one is a bit newer, so early 70's is probably right. The equipment and frame are top end Zeus, except mine has a sticker for Reynolds "A" tubing rather then 531. Never figured out was "A" tubing was. Don't see a tubing decal in your pictures.
