Subject: [CR]N.R. S.R. brake parts/ campy catalog #17 question

Thanks to all who responded to my request for info on campy brake parts. I guess I'm still on the upward learning curve, as I was a bit shocked at how pricey this stuff has gotten. And to think of all the parts I got rid of in years past.....sigh. I am constantly amazed at the well of knowledge on this list. And also amazed at how quickly some topics turn hellish. I hope that I can give back something, someday.

I was tickled to come upon Campy cat. # 17 when unpacking a box of books that had been in storage for years. Totally forgot I had it.
Unfortunately the spiral binding was gone so the catalog was loose (is it possible to re-bind this?) but I was surprised to see that, according to this catalog, the S.R. brake calipers had the flat Q.R. lever. I thought the S.R. caliper had the scooped out Q.R. lever.....enlighten me someone? Thanks. Jay Sexton Sebastopol, CA
