Yes, it is. Any shop (esp. your favorite community bike shop which whom you have developed a good rapport and who supports local cycling, in contrast to that mail order source who offers lower prices but sucks the money from your local community...) should be able to supply one via many distributors. I should mention that in the last few months there is a definite shortage of Brooks in general, indicating that the demand is higher. I view that as a good sign!
