Ride specifics - assemble at 10, ride at 10:30 am on Sunday the 17th.
As we will be getting into the less nice weather this seems like the last chance while weather is 'friendly'.
Would like to have a Cinelli theme as I, an a few others that I am aware of, have recently added Cinelli's to their stable. So, if you have a Cinelli, please bring it. Otherwise, most anything with 2 wheels made out of steel will be acceptable....
I have scouted out a circa 30 mile route from here (Kensington, MD) out to the west that is certainly quite doable on a fixed. (I have ridden it on fixed without difficulty) It is MUCH more fixee friendly than Dan Artley's route of a couple of month ago!
Non-riders, spouses, etc welcome, of course!
We will assemble circa 10 am with an aim to begin riding at about 10:30. Food, beverages served afterwards.
Please let me know if you plan to attend so I can be sure to have sufficient food, etc available. I will send directions when you let me know you plan to attend. But we are located just off the beltway in Maryland, the Connecticut Avennue exit off I-495.
