"Also, there was a transitional period when MAVIC MA40 rims had a red rectangular MAVIC label (no green attachment), and had a large gold foil label that said "MA 40" - in a plain helvetica font w/o serif - and about the size of the original mavic square labels - like on my ALAN bicycle that's sitting in the garage right now...
