I'm really bad about re-gluing after a flat, I'll usually go about 2 or 3 flats before I apply more glue. At 130 psi, I've never rolled a tire.

I received a split chin that required stitches after getting a sudden flat on a clincher front wheel while going down a steep hill at speed. In that particular situation, tubies would have been better for some control.

I prefer tubies, but one has to be careful about applying the best glue or rim strip to make sure the tire does not roll.

"Rock and roll does not go well with tubies!"
