There are at least 3 versions of Huret Jubilee short arm derailleur distinguished by the short arm cage. (3-spoke, no spoke, and drilled) There is also a long arm Jubilee derailleur (? for tandems?).

There are 2 main body styles distinguished by the Huret-Sachs sticker.

I believe that Chuck Schmidt has a 1978 Huret catalog at a reasonable cost.

I would be interested in a timeline also...
