I still do. On ALL my bikes. And don't forget to add a threaded cable adjuster to your NR/SR rear der. And cutting the seatpost down so there really was only an inch and a half down there. And 3/4 of an inch off those 66/42's Oh...and bending the cage of the front. But I'm keeping how a secret. Amazing how few I've seen bent up and ohhh what a difference it makes!
