Thomas, I wish I had a lot of knowledge about this frame. All I really can say is that it closely resembles a number of French bicycles that I've seen over the years - e.g. I've seen bikes from LeJeune and other smaller companies that seem identical (or nearly so) to this one. The resemblance is so close that it makes me wonder if there wasn't one large contract producer of fine frames making all of them and simply afixing different badges and insignias for each "manufacturer".
