A 99.2% rating on eBay is soooooooo not good!!! Anything more than a couple of tenths of a percent below 100% is a bad thing and a big red flag to anyone that is eBay savvy.
The lack of forthrightness this seller has displayed just goes along with his eBay rating; my opinion of course.
