Still in my sell down mode. As usual, offered to the list before anywhere else:

Peugeot frameset which I believe to be a PY10. Based on decals, she is ca ~1976; silver; French Reynolds 531 decal on top of down tube and fork blades; chrome half socks on all forks/stays and raised spears on the fork crown; unique BB cable routing with rear over the BB Campagnolo guide (really, not Simplex) and front under the BB with a very unique no-name brazed on guide; DT water bottle bosses, fancy with diamond reinforcements; only other braze-on is the rear derailleur cable stop on the right rear stay and shift lever clamp stop on the underside of the DT; Simplex forged dropouts; Nervex Dubois lugs. Still has the factory installed wood plug on the bottom of the steerer tube.

She's got a ST of 56.5cm c-c; TT of 57cm. Wheelbase of 39.25".

Silver paint and decals just like the bike ridden by Bernard Thevent for his TdF win. This could definitely be built up into a replica.

Condition is overall very good. Specifics: Chrome is outstanding but the clear coat which Peugeot always used is coming off in some places (On my Peugeot's I strip the clear off the chrome); decals are very good with only a few minor chips and the headtube decal has a tiny portion beginning to lift; paint is good+ with scratches/chips here and there, consistent over the bike, some have been touched up, some are not, worst is on the chainstay as there are quite a few in this area. Hope that doesn't scare you away as the paint really is good and once built up she would be a very beautiful ride.

Includes Stronglight BB which is stuck - I believe from decades of non-use and grease freezing up. Headset not included.

So, based on color and decal scheme, unusual BB routing and guides including a Campagnolo one, neat/fancy water bottle braze-on's lead me to believe she is not a somewhat more common PX10LE in silver.

Price is $275 plus actual shipping amount via FedEx or USPS - your choice. I pack frames very securely. I can take pictures later today.
