Those pictures are enlargements of a cropped area of the original photograph. The posted picture is actually a pretty good scan of the originals that I'm looking at right now. I don't think that there is much more detail to be seen in the original.
Faliero sat down and signed a bunch of these at the bike show. They were given out basically to anyone who requested them...
