We limit our bandwidth to save on bandwidth costs. We pay commercial rates for bandwidth and co-location, and another site I host pays all the bills. If you visit the site at peak hours (lunchtime and 6-9PM, in the North American time zones) you will be "competing" with other visitors.

If we had free bandwidth, I'd uncap it and also post some cool cycling video! If we ever get enough income from the paying sites, we'll raise our bandwidth cap.

Wooljersey.com is free. No megacorp owns it. It's run by a couple of volunteers. I wish I could make it go faster.
