The NR front dir has been around for a long time but my guess for the component with the longest production run would be the Record two-bolt seatpost, or the one-piece small flange hub.

Unless you want to consider the quick release by itself...

Or you could check the components with the lowest surviving part numbers and confirm which ones haven't had any significant design changes. Maybe top tube cable clamps?
